Details of Our Policies of Service
At Taxi Ride Barcelona, we want to guarantee a quality experience and transparency for all our customers. Below, we will explain the policies that we apply in our service, from the booking and cancellation conditions to the payment methods.

Objective
At TaxiRide Barcelona, we are committed to offering a safe, efficient and comfortable transport service to all our customers in the city of Barcelona and its surroundings, meeting the highest standards of quality, punctuality and professionalism.
Payments
We offer several payment options to facilitate your experience. Payments can be made in cash at the end of the trip or by credit or debit card, directly with the driver. For added convenience, it is also possible to pay in advance through our website.
Bookings and confirmations
Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of the service. Confirmation will be sent by email or WhatsApp within 12 hours of receiving the request. The service must be paid in advance, by bank transfer.
Prices
Fares are fixed and agreed at the time of booking, depending on the route, timetable and type of service requested. Any subsequent modification may lead to an adjustment in the fare. Prices include VAT and are not subject to negotiation once the service has been confirmed, except for modifications expressly requested by the client.
Services
We have standard and adapted vehicles, with capacity for 4, 7 and up to 8 passengers (the latter option requires a minimum advance booking of one month). Child seats are available on request. On long distance services, a waiting time of up to 30 minutes is included without surcharge. After this time, an additional charge of €50 per hour will be applied.
Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties, except for services involving the mobilisation of more than three vehicles, in which case special conditions apply. In the event of late cancellation, the amount paid will not be refunded. Changes to the timetable or address may be requested up to 2 hours before the service, subject to availability and with the possibility of fare adjustments.
Drivers and Vehicles
All our staff have a valid official licence and the necessary training to guarantee a safe, professional and courteous service. Our vehicles comply with current regulations and are regularly serviced and maintained.
Accountability Policies
Taxi Ride Barcelona is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicles, nor for delays due to causes beyond the company's control, such as weather conditions, traffic or unforeseen events. However, we will do our best to recover the items if notified as soon as possible.
Physical appearance of vehicles
The external and internal aesthetics of the vehicles is the sole responsibility of TaxiRide Barcelona. Any request related to the incorporation of decorative elements (such as posters, bows, temporary decorations, etc.) will be evaluated on an individual basis, without any obligation on the part of the company to accept or implement it. TaxiRide Barcelona reserves the right to modify or maintain the physical appearance of its vehicles at its own discretion, and may consider proposals from customers without any commitment to implement them.
Customer Service
Our customer service team is available 24 hours a day, via telephone or WhatsApp, to deal with any query, request or incident as quickly as possible.
Payment in advance
For services that require the mobilisation of more than one vehicle or whose distance or total amount exceeds €100, TaxiRide Barcelona reserves the right not to confirm the booking until full payment is received in advance. The client will be expressly notified if the payment must be made before the service or if it can be paid directly to the driver. We have three methods of payment in advance: - Bizum - Bank transfer - Digital payment link, compatible with Apple Pay and other secure platforms.
