Reservations
The only valid method to make a reservation with us is through WhatsApp. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 24 hours in advance to guarantee availability, especially on holidays or during important events in Barcelona.
When you confirm your booking, you will receive details of the service, including estimated pick-up time and your driver's information.
Payments
We offer several payment options to facilitate your experience. Payments can be made in cash at the end of the trip or by credit or debit card, directly with the driver. For added convenience, it is also possible to pay in advance through our website.
This option allows you to manage the payment securely before your trip and avoid any additional formalities at the end of the service.
Policy on Cancellation
At Taxi Ride Barcelona we understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid additional charges. If the cancellation is made within this time frame, there will be no penalties.
However, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we may apply a charge of 20% of the total value of the service.
Changes to the Reservation
If you need to make changes to your booking, such as changes to the pick-up time or address, please let us know via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
